I am failing but still winning...
The paradox of choices and the only road to success
Okay, I have to start with this.
There is this iconic dialogue in a Hindi movie ‘Baazigar’ – “Kabhi kabhi jeetne ke liye kuch haarna padta hai….aur haar kar jeetne wale ko baazigar kete hai”.
In english, it roughly means– “Sometimes to win you must prepare to lose ….and the one who ends up winning the end game is called a maverick.”
Just on a side note, I am a big fan of bollywood and hindi movies. :)
As a society we love hearing, and reading success stories.
Reading about people who really make it big in this tough world.
On the other end failure as a setback, end of the road, or even a reason to give up.
Life is a process, not an outcome.
I have been rejected from publications without any constructive feedback.
The endless rejections helps me to create my own publication that is now my primary way to publish articles and to write the stories I genuinely want to share with the world.
The truth is that failure is an inevitable part of life and can be a stepping stone to greater accomplishments.
“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” - Samuel Beckett
It’s time to reshape perspectives on failure:
It’s all about the perspective and mindset.
Failure is not an endpoint but a part of the learning process.
Every No can takes you closer to what you “actually” want.
When we shift our perspective, failure becomes a stepping stone on the path to success.
Thomas Edison, while inventing the light bulb, famously said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
His perseverance and willingness to learn from mistakes eventually led to his groundbreaking success.
There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure. - Paulo Coelho
Redefining success definition:
After reading many highly successful and accomplished people, it’s clear that no one achieves success over night.
Though to most of us from the outside it looks like this.
It is a dynamic and personal journey that evolves with each experience.
Just because you fail once doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything. - Marilyn Monroe
I am failing but still winning...
"Failing but still winning" is a mindset that allowing me to write online and show up everyday.
It doesn’t matter how many bad days I have or
what will happen when I stop getting new ideas to write.
It’s helping me to keep moving forward to a journey to success as a part-time creator.
So, let us celebrate failure as an element of your personal growth and continue to strive for success, no matter how many times you may stumble along the way.
All the best!
