Lesson 37: 15 Minutes *Flow* Every Day Is All You Need To Change Your Life

I am just a month away to complete a year of writing this series.
I started this series to publish ten articles, here I am still.
Well- let’s dive into today’s lesson…
Since I read this book “Deep Work” by Cal Newport on how to be in a Flow State has changed my life.
Now, I don’t work hard.
I aim flow states.
While writing this article. I have laid out the outlines for next week’s article.
I’m writing in flow right now and my fingers are hurting after constant typing for like two hours.
How to get into the Flow State?
Two of my favorites:
1. Relax your body and mind
Stress and distractions are the enemy of flow.
Get your phone and all of its stress out of your way.
Close the door.
Put your phone on silent.
Relax.
Take a deep breath.
Think about what the flow is going to be like.
Visualize it.
2. Play your favorite music on a loop:
There are songs that I play in the loop without changing them for days.
As it plays in a constant loop for hours, it helps me to be in a flow state and keeps me focused.
Try this.

Optimize results
When you start being in the flow state, I promised you, it will change your life.
You will never look back.
All you need is just 15 minutes of practice to get into the flow every day.
You can do a whole day’s work in three hours if you master the flow.
Since learning about flow my productivity has skyrocketed 10x.

I didn’t master writing.
I am mastering flow.
I discovered the meaning for my life — to inspire others to help everyone achieve their goals.
