I have had a great week with lots of learning and with super tight, busy work schedule. How’s your week going?
At this time, I’m in a space where I’m overflowing with ideas and trying my best to not get overwhelmed.
📝Here’s What I Published This Week On Medium:
I’ve been writing on Medium for over a year now, I have written something this week that can help both of us to make better goals, become mindful on our daily habits and some more.

📕One Lesson That I Learned In A Hard Way
This year, I learned a great deal about other people, the world and myself. Now, not all of these are going to be sunshine and rainbows, many of them are going to sound a tad depressing at first but they’re real.
Real-life isn’t perfect, you know that. It’s messy and, at times, painful beyond belief. But, as always, I choose to focus on what I can learn from each of these hard moments and become stronger, smarter and better for them.
I am learning to content with my life, I don’t think it makes me less ambitious or less competitive. I feel, there is no end for how much money you earn or how much fame you get. There are always people who might be earning more than you or getting more fame than they deserve.
I’m practicing to get relaxed in my head despite of the craziness around me. If you ask me one year before, I would have said that I am getting crazier every day.
Sacrificing my mental and physical health for more money or fame is baffling, it's a short-lived reward.
The lesson I learned is:
Be content with what I have and accept that it’s enough for this moment and time I live in. I am living in present moment and I have everything I need to live a happier and healthier life.
I used to think that, If I don’t work on myself so hard, I haven’t earned the right to a halfway decent life. I certainly don’t deserve time off or any happiness.
I deserve it, because I work hard for what I have.
That is perhaps the biggest, most toxic lie people are fed — that if you don’t spend an ungodly number of hours toiling away in a cubicle somewhere to make someone else rich, you’re “less than.”
You will never be beautiful or rich enough because there is always somebody better. But is that really a reason to be unhappy? How far will you go to search for people you’re better than?
Contentment is what we all need.
“It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default.”
I promise you that when you look at it that way, your behavior and habits will change.
You have enough. You are enough. There’s enough for everybody.
Recently I start releasing that believe in the power of words and thoughts. What we say and think have a huge impact on our energies and our aura.
Being mindful of our words and thoughts can change our reality.
“Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded.”
I hope you enjoy it, and I’ll see you next weekend :)
Be Your Best
Last week I finished reading this book and I am going to try a few strategies from this book to become from self-aware. I would recommend this book, if you’re in a journey of self discovery, world and people around you.
