23 Golden One Liner Rules to Live Healthier And Happier Life in 2023
What to remember as the year comes to an end.
Hello there,
This year is coming to an end and this is the last week of the year 2022.
Instead of feeling like what you haven’t achieved, start focusing on what you have gained this year- no matter how small you think it is.
Either it’s becoming self-aware, upgrading your mindset, putting healthy boundaries, or seeking the courage to do hard things.
If you are feeling caught up and crazed, these are just a few thoughts to keep you grounded.
“Don’t go through life, grow through life.” — Eric Butterworth
There is no one right answer to what makes a good life.
Golden rules for life are enduring because they are founded on universal truths. They’re not specific to a time or place, or individual.
It’s to challenge us and force us to think about how we can lead better lives.
So here you go:
Lose the busy life and endless productivity loop. Embrace the free time and sitting ideal.
Focus on your internal world. Your entire world is in your mind.
Having a growth mindset changes everything. So look around, explore various options rather then settling to same old patterns.
Ego is your enemy. Ryan Holiday said this. So tame your ego and come out from self-destructive thinking.
Your have more control on your life than you think including all big and small things. Take charge and create your own path.
Become self-aware. Learn about yourself and give it a hard look. May be answers are in your daily behaviors and patterns.
Improve how to talk to yourself. Our inner voice is critical and judgmental. Improve and respect your opinion about yourself. It’s the only validation you need to design the life you want.
Don’t believe everything you read online. The news is designed to take advantage of human psychological weaknesses. Question the obvious.
It’s okay to change your mind and pivot your approach. And you don’t need to justify to anyone.
You are responsible for your own action- good or bad. Take accountability.
Learn to learn: become a life-long learner. It’s the only way to evolve into a better version of yourself.
Time is your real wealth— defend it, invest it and commit to the right things that can help you live your best life.
Treat life as a series of experiments. There is no perfect outcome. Do more of what makes you alive and bring joy.
When you feel stuck, think forward and backwards; reverse engineer the problem. Deconstruct what you’ve already done.
Commit to a few good habits and stick to it. Getting 0.1 % better everyday can make all the difference.
Time won’t come back. Live the best you can today and each day.
Work is not your whole identity. It’s a part of you. Cultivate other aspects of life equally.
Eliminate toxic people from life for good. That’s one of the best thing you can do for yourself.
Free time is for you to live and rejuvenate. Don’t kill with mundane and mindless activities.
Try minimalism to live fulfilling and simple life. Donate and declutter things that doesn’t bring joy to you.
Take time for yourself. This is the key, no matter your stage in life.
Everything will work out, do not let your planning escalate to stress.
Every year brings new insight, new experiences, new hardships and achievements. Think about how much you’ve changed for the better, even bad experiences leave something to be learned.

Be Courageous
Be Your Best
