#19: The *Only* Reason You Need To Start Writing
Use this to start and fall in love
This article is not your usual guide on how to start writing online, become a content creator, and leave your 9–5 jobs, unless that’s genuinely what you want.
Today, I’m talking about simply putting your thoughts on a paper.
And why you should start doing it.
Back Story…
Since I was a young kid, I used to write journals about how I feel, laying out everything that happened on that particular day or otherwise.
I was very shy and introverted child.
Writing helped immensely to deal with difficult situations and controling my overwhelming emotions.
Over time, it became a habit to write journals in my notebooks.
Now, it has evolved into writing down ideas and different concepts I want to explore through my blog.
I’m still old school when it comes to writing, and I have five different types of cute notebooks to write my journal.
I love collecting cute colorful notebooks and nice pens to go with them.
I guess that’s my cheap thrill when it comes to writing.
If you prefer technology to write, that’s okay too. :)
Why you should start writing…
Writing can make everything better.
It certainly does for me.
It helps you look into different perspectives.
You know when you have so much in your head and everything seems messy, overwhelming, and anxious.
Writing can help you unwind and simplify your thoughts.
There’s something about writing; everything looks and feels different after you finish writing a page.
Try it someday, and you’ll see the difference.
To be honest, it’s for you.
But if you’re into sharing your stories with the world, why not?
So much worst-case scenarios in your head…
Everything is in your head; you give so much importance to not doing certain things.
Your head is always try to trick you something worst…
It’s too difficult, what’s the point, what if…
My advise is if you are looking for one…
If you want to write, write.
If you want to make YouTube videos, make one.
If you want to pursue anything, just do it.
The world has opportunities for everyone.
And maybe, just maybe, someday someone will get inspired by your stories and find the courage to do things they always wanted to.
The only way to success…
In the modern world, it has become so easy to connect with like-minded people around the globe, to make authentic and genuine connections.
I write about life lessons, self-improvement, mindfulness, and how writing online has changed my life.
These two years of writing have been informative and inspiring, to say the least.
Now, almost every other day, I get a request from friends on how they can start writing online and blog on different platforms.
So, step up and write for yourself first, and if you are interested and want to make it a profession, why not?
There are ample opportunities available for you to do that as well.
All the best!
Share this newsletter with your friends and anybody you feel would enjoy it.
See you next week.
Love,
Ankita
