The endless loop
For years, I found myself in a repetitive cycle of snoozing my alarm multiple times in the morning, rushing through my routine to get ready, and arriving at the office feeling half awake.
I used to have 10 different alarms to avoid oversleeping. And most days I was.
Breakfast became a forgotten luxury as I prioritized saving time over nourishing my body.
Half of the time I barely made through the endless meetings that I had in my day.
It seemed like an endless pattern that I had grown accustomed to, barely making any effort to break free from it.
The breakfree moment
One day something inside me shifted.
I realized that this way of starting my day was not serving me well.
I was caged with my own self.
I felt a contant urge to change it. Breakfree from this endless cycle.
I read 100+ books on self-improvements, read blogs from people who figured out how to make better choices.
I recognized the importance of taking care of myself and creating a more balanced and energizing morning routine.
This newfound awareness ignited a desire for change and helped me towards making positive adjustments to my mornings.
What makes you jump out of the day?
If anything gets me jump out of bed every morning is to build my profile online and help people unleash their true potential.
That’s my intention and that is my goal, for sure.
That is certainly is enough for me to be fired up to build incredible stuff online and share with you all who has similar passion to build and create extraordinary things.
